Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AIFoto. We value your trust and want to ensure that your experience with our services is transparent and fair. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for all subscriptions purchased through our platform.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based services offered by AIFoto, including but not limited to image generation, video generation, and text generation.
Currently, we offer subscription plans (monthly and yearly).
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Window:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription purchase. - Usage Threshold:
Refunds are only available if you have used less than 50% of the credits allocated for the current billing period. Credit usage is calculated based on AI generations, image processing, and other premium features consumed since purchase. - Monthly Subscriptions:
For monthly plans, the above rules apply to the first 7 days of each subscription purchase. - Annual Subscriptions:
For annual plans, credits are issued on a monthly cycle. Refund eligibility applies only to the first month of the subscription, and only if less than 50% of that month’s credits have been used within the first 7 days. After this period, the annual subscription is non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@aifoto.app within 7 days of your purchase.
- Please include the following details in your request:
- Your account email address
- Order ID
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued via Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
- All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
- Cancellation ensures your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds are not provided for renewal payments once a new billing cycle has started.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Subscriptions outside the 7-day cooling-off period.
- Accounts that have consumed more than 50% of credits.
- Renewed billing cycles (monthly or yearly).
- Misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Purchases made under promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless otherwise specified.
